Sally is the daughter of David Williams and was raised on the family farm in Seafield. She went to university and worked in business before joining Tricroft in 2014. Since then, she has enjoyed being part of the growth and development of the company. She now understands the incredible time and effort involved in getting property developments off the ground, and how disappointing or rewarding your efforts can be!
Sally currently works-part time with Tricroft, assisting with projects and overall management of the portfolio. She spends the rest of her time farming in Mayfield with her husband and three young children.
Sally believes Ashburton and wider Mid Canterbury have a lot to offer and is proud to call it home.
Born in Invercargill, David grew up in Ashburton township before his father bought a farm on Seafield Road when he was nine years old. Living on a farm was his childhood dream and becoming a farmer himself ignited a passion for agriculture which he still has now.
After experiencing ‘Route 66’ whilst touring the USA, David realised the importance and success of businesses along the main thoroughfares. Back home in New Zealand, location and access became cornerstones of David’s investment decisions, and are still abided by.
David and his wife Jenny hope to better Ashburton by supporting local organisations and groups and promoting the town as a great place to live.
Dave leads our team with enthusiasm and a strong desire to get the job done. He enjoys being surrounded by people who strive to push the boundaries to succeed.
Born in Ashburton, Nicky grew up in Hinds and has been employed in Ashburton all her working life, mostly in accounting and banking roles. She has worked with Tricroft for over 23 years as our account administrator and plays a vital role in our team.
Nicky loves hockey – she’s been playing, coaching and helping with administrative duties for many years.
She has a family bach at Lake Clearwater and enjoys water skiing and mountain biking around the area.
