Our commercial property portfolio includes offices and facilities for industrial, hospitality, transport and bulk retail businesses, along with sites awaiting future development.
Our investment approach is collaborative – we work alongside businesses to create purpose-built facilities from the ground up or by retrofitting existing stock.
The goal is to create spaces that will serve our tenants now and into the future, an approach that has seen us enjoy decades-long relationships.
Charity and community
We’re proud that our work supports the growth of local businesses and attracts new organisations to the area, unlocking more opportunities for Mid Canterbury. But our community support goes beyond that, with charitable giving a key part of Tricroft and our team – over the years, we’ve sponsored sports teams, clubs and charities.
The seeds of Tricroft date back to the 1970s, when then farmer David Williams subdivided fifty acres. This financed the purchase of his first farm, Tricroft in the Mid Canterbury district.
Family-owned, farming roots.
David loved farming but saw investment in property as a way to help build his community. Those early projects launched Tricroft as it is today – with David still in support of our team and championing projects that add real value to our area. The future of Mid Canterbury is bright, and we’re proud to be part of it.
