Tricroft founder David Williams began investing in land in the 1970s, subdividing 50 acres which allowed him to buy his first farm “Tricroft” in the Ashburton District – igniting a passion for property investment.
Now the Tricroft portfolio includes office, industrial, hospitality, energy distribution and bulk retail leased to both New Zealand and Australia-based tenants, as well as future development sites. While most of the portfolio is fully owned by Tricroft, in some cases we partner with other investors.
